My experience in the store has been ok. They carry a lot of hard to find gear for those who work in the woods for a living. Ive owned two pairs of their brand of woods boots. Using them hard has helped me to realize that the quality is subpar. The biggest weakness is found in the soles. Not rugged enough. The second pair - upon purchasing - I immediately brought to a cobbler and had him put a more rugged sole on them along with eyelets. You shouldn’t have to do this with a brand new pair of boots.

Most of my experience has been having my various saws worked on in the saw shop. Josh - their mechanic - is very good. He is very knowledgable and works hard to accommodate you if you he knows you rely on you saw(s) for your livelihood.
