The only place I'll go to get my nails Done!
Well, I had always had a very good experience here and then I brought my 10 year old son with me and they rushed me out of there so fast they forgot to take my toe spacers out. I'm an excellent customer and spend about $150 a month there. They just lost a customer. My son was very well behaved and did nothing wrong. I was very insulted.
Beautiful. I was so happy to walk in. And then to find out I used to go to their moms not sure if I should feel old about that ;). But I have found the best place! Clean, wonderful environment, and a place where u can relax. And feel very welcomed!

I had the most frustrating afternoon yesterday precipitated by OC Nail Salon. When I called to make a 1 PM appointment, the man with whom I spoke FAILED to tell me to bring cash. I arrived for my appointment at 12:50. The wife told me to select a color. When I went to the polish display, I see a sign that says "cash only". I asked if that was for purchasing polish or for their services. "We no take plastic." Who carries cash??? I didn't have a red cent so she told me to go to the bank. "One minute. Just one minute." I went to the bank and told my tale to the teller who said she'd gone there a few weeks ago and had no cash. She was told to "go to bank--1 minute." She just left the bank from work, wasn't going back, so she went on home.Later in the day someone else related the same experience. My "1 minute" turned into 25 so now it's 1:20. I had a 3 PM appointment elsewhere. I had choreographed my entire day around this pedicure appt. They threw a monkey wrench in that so rest of my day was rushing to meet other obligations. #1--I strongly suggest the new client be told BEFORE they arrive that they need to bring cash. #2-when I did return for a 5:45 appt, I felt she rushed through it. I pointed out dead skin that I wasn't able to remove--that's why I was there-- but she looked at areas I pointed out, smiled, and did nothing. She's very difficult to understand so did she not understand my request or did she not care? She moved here from Viet Nam 3 years ago. Not a good use of my $30 + tip and especially since they totally screwed up my entire afternoon that I'd hoped would be relaxing. My recommendation is to find another salon. This was an absolute fiasco! I will NEVER go back to OC's.
