Always fixed our Appliances shows up on time
Home Depot sent Mr. Eichler to repair our washing machine. He rescheduled the original date owing to his daughter's wedding. Then no follow up. If we hadn't taken the initiative to get in touch, we would have been forgotten. Hard to get in touch, and he's slow to respond. Finally we set an appointment. Not an ideal date, but as our warrant was about to run out and we'd be gone through the warranty expiration, we agreed. Then the day of the appointment, he was supposed to show up in the morning. Morning comes and almost goes. We're about to leave on vacation (plane to catch) so we MUST have this fixed in order to be covered by warranty. he reluctantly changed his schedule to 'accommodate' us (keep in mind he 'promised' us to be here in the morning). He comes and replaces the pump. We go away. We come back to a...bad pump. Scheduled again with Home Depot, who scheduled him. he didn't show up on the day of appointment. We called Home Depot, and again, he was the person who responded to Home Depot's request for service. Again, no show. We filed a complaint with Home Depot -- no one makes him take on these assignments, and he should not take these on if he cannot fulfill the service calls. It's screwing with other people's busy schedules.
