Motel violates federal law. It has no handicapped parking, and no handicapped access into the office. Owner is extremely rude an arrogant, and talks down to you. I would give 0 stars if I can figure out how.
I've been to the white mountains dozens of times and this place had the cleanest, most spacious and modern rooms I've ever seen for the region. Definitely will visit again.
Mt Madison Inn was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very nice and the pool was awesome. The service was great while we were there. The only con to the place is that it's very close to train tracks and the train went by between 11:30pm and 1:30am a couple nights that we were there. Nothing that the owners can do about that but felt it should be mentioned.
I was very surprised at how big the room was. Two queen beds and still plenty of room to be comfortable. Bed and pillows were very nice. Only downside was it's a little too close to the road so it was a little loud in the morning.
2 day stay here and definitely would recommend,the bed was comfy, loved the fact there were 2 grills out by the pool area if guest wanted to use them, only thing was the bathroom was small but hey your not moving in just passing through, the owner Don suggested a great driving tour around Mt. Washington which we did take...all in all I definitely would return to this hotel...And while your in at the front desk ask about their Mt.Madison Inn & Suites candle they sell and have burning in the Lobby......
