My husband and I have stopped by here a few times for snow shoe rentals and to pick up various hardware items. The customer service could not be better; so friendly and eager to help out. Great shop!
Mostly junk selection, poor attitude towards hikers,and a let down to the dealers they sell for. If you really need some quality stuff you should arrange for a ride to Conway.

Some real Joe's here, after being completely disappointed with a junk selection I was really let down. They didn't want to help me with my Thermarest pad Warranty or Darn Tough Warranty, they just want to sell more stuff. I actually had some piece try to ask me if I had a problem, where I'm from you can get knocked in the face for that.
