Our salesperson was Peter Allain and he was very helpful and
i HAD THEM SWAP A TRANNY NEW FACTORY REBUILD GM PRODUCT. FIRST OF ALL TOOK 2 DAYS FOR WHATS A 7 HR JOB, THEY OVERFILLED THE TRANNY AND USED INCOMPATIBLE FLUID AND ADDITIVE . I NOTICED IT WAS SLIPPING SO CHECKED FLUID IT WAS A QUART OVER , SERVICE REP SAID THAT WOULD NOT HURT ANYTHING , I SAID YOU ARE CRAZY AN OVERFILL IS WORSE THEN BEING LOW , CAN YOU COME BACK TOMORROW I SAID NO PLEASE GET THE LEVEL CORRECT . WELL AFTER THIS IT WAS STILL SLIPPING AND NOW WAS A QUART LOW LOL , LONG AND SHORT ENDED UP RUINING THE TRANNY . LUCKILY WE HAD WARRANTY ON TRANNY AND HAD ANOTHER INSTALLED (NOT AT AUTO NORTH) IT TOOK 1 DAY AND WHEN SWAPPING THE TECH NOTICED AUTO NORTH HAD BROKEN OFF BOLTS SO THE TRANNY WAS NOT EVEN SEATED CORRECTLY. SO SHAWN I PAID YOU GUYS OVER 2 G"S FOR WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 800$ MAX AND EQUALED A BERLIN BACKWOODS ABORTION, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES . AS THE OLD SAYING GOES DON'T GET MAD!!! QUITE SIMPLE NOW I HAVE ADDED YOU TO MY A LIST TO DEAL WITH BEFORE I DIE !!!

Not impressed at all. Shelled out for a nice car with extended warranty. Didn't want roadside assistance from the dealer but you're getting it whether you like it or not with these guys and you're paying for it. When problems started with the car, suddenly the warranty is essentially useless. They wanted to start billing for simple diagnostics. I ended up giving up and selling it to them for literally 1/3 of what I bought it for less than a year before. Never again.
