Worst experience ever
I just bought a dodge ram from Berlin City. This was the worst car buying expriance I have ever had and i have bought alot of trucks. Every question i asked they didnt know the answer to. They told me the vehicle would be washed and detailed and kept in the shop overnight until the delivered it the next day. It obviously wasnt kept inside because when the vehicle arrived at my residence it still had a foot plus of snow in the bed. There was an excuse for everything like the furnace just died in the shop last month and still hasn't been fixed. And the blue chalk marks from the factory that were still all over the paint was just residue from when they waxed it. Seems funny that the identical marks are marked on components under the hood and undecarrage as well. Also they had to send someone out the day after because they did the paperwork incorrectly and said that we didn't do it correctly but when the guy got here it was all the dealers fault. Just an overall bad experience.
Without a doubt, the best way to buy a car. Everything was done over the phone and the car was delivered into my driveway the next day. Outstanding!!!
