Over the years, my husband and I have bought five vehicles from Berlin City Chevrolet, and have loved all of them. Not only has Berlin City given us good deals on trade-ins, but the service department has always taken good care of us. Whenever we take a vehicle in for service, we know everything will be checked and fixed, if needed. The last time I had my oil changed, I mentioned a couple of concerns I had and they said they'd take a look. When my car was returned, they had addressed my concerns, found the problems and fixed them. I went out to get my car and discovered they had also washed it. I couldn't ask for better service.

Up here in the north country you never know what kind of weather you'll get, from snow to ice rain. With the new drive through, you drive right in the garage, walk into the new waiting room and have a fresh cup of coffee while you watch CNN, and you never get your shoes wet.
Good service, most tire purchases should include complimentary mounting and balancing when 4 are purchased not the case here. I also bought 4 rims to mount them on at Berlin City Chevy and figured mounting and balancing would be included but it wasn't, I also bought the truck from this dealer, I guess customer loyalty isn't important enough to warrant perks of this caliber at BCC. other than that, the people were pleasant, professional and courteous.
Fast and friendly service. From the time we walked in and started looking around to the signing of the paperwork. Walked in a few days later with a question and they remembered our names and answered all the questions we had. Jake and Justin are two of the easiest people to talk with and they make things happen to have you leave happy and come back to do business again.
